[RECRUITMENT] SEM Campaign Manager

Location: 100% teleworking
Type: Full time (40 hours per week)

Job Summary

Reporting to the co-founder, the digital campaign manager will be called upon to work on numerous marketing projects and digital advertising campaigns.

Working closely with the creative, development, and consulting teams, he/she will be the point of contact for clients and partner agencies. He/she will ensure that relationships of trust are developed between all stakeholders involved in his/her projects.

He/she will have to coordinate, create, manage, analyze and monitor the agency's digital campaigns on all platforms, mainly: the Google Ads suite (Search, Shopping, Demand generation, PMax, Apps, Display and Video)

Main Responsibilities – Google Ads Manager

  • Build the structure of new accounts : design the campaign architecture (account levels, campaigns, ad groups, audiences, keywords, ads), taking into account business objectives and platform best practices.

  • Launch new campaigns : Set up and launch one-time (e.g., promotions, events) and always-on campaigns, including conversion tracking, ad extensions, and appropriate targeting.

  • Optimize existing campaigns : analyze performance and adjust bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, ads and formats to improve ROI and achieve established KPIs.

  • Manage and optimize client budgets : allocate and adjust advertising investments according to monthly or quarterly objectives, maximizing spending efficiency.

  • Produce and analyze semi-automated monthly reports : generate clear reports via tools like Google Looker Studio, and provide concrete recommendations to clients and the team.

  • Ensure synchronization with other stakeholders : collaborate with SEO specialists, account managers, creative team and technology team to ensure strategic consistency and optimize the entire marketing funnel.

Desired profile

  • Experience in search engine campaign management (mainly Google at the paid level);
  • Understanding customer business objectives to be able to use SEM to boost their revenue;
  • Google Analytics 4 certification;
  • EXPERIENCE IN AGENCY or relevant;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in GOOGLE ADS management.
  • Relevant experience with related tools Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Bing!, YouTube;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace;
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital media best practices in terms of performance in general;
  • Bilingualism, spoken and written (French and English).
