We are looking for an experienced and motivated SMM Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description
As an SMM Campaign Manager , you will play a key role in managing digital campaigns primarily on Meta Ads, while collaborating on platforms such as LinkedIn and TikTok. You will be responsible for the strategic coordination, deployment, and optimization of campaigns to ensure the best possible performance.
Experience with programmatic platforms is a big plus (Atelier Direct de La Presse, The Trade Desk, etc.)
Main responsibilities
Strategic Contact Point (in collaboration with the consulting service and customer experience)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the Meta advertising platform primarily and SMM strategy.
• Develop and maintain relationships of trust with all stakeholders involved in the cases.
• Collaborate with the consulting service and customer experience to ensure an optimal experience.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Digital Campaign Management
• Coordinate, create, manage and analyze digital campaigns on various social platforms (mainly Meta).
• Actively participate in the deployment of campaigns on other platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest or programmatic.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve defined objectives.
Strategy, Analysis and Deployment
• Actively participate in the development of the initial campaign strategy in collaboration with the campaign management team and the consulting service.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide regular optimization recommendations.
• Ensure constant monitoring of new trends and features of advertising platforms.
Customer Account Management
• Participate in the structure and process of managing customer accounts.
• Optimize assigned accounts at least once a week to ensure performance.
• Communicate effectively and regularly with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise
• Develop and maintain expertise on major advertising platforms (YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok).
• Monitor campaign performance indicators (KPIs) and propose innovative solutions to improve results and popularize for clients.
Project Management (in collaboration with the consulting service and customer experience)
• Coordinate efforts between different teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
Desired profile
• 3 to 5 years of experience in managing digital campaigns on Meta Ads.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Mastery of key performance indicators (KPIs), understanding of client business objectives vs. campaign objectives and ability to provide strategic recommendations.
• Analytical and results-oriented mind.
• Curiosity and desire to stay up to date on the latest marketing trends and tools.
