Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Technology, Automation, and AI, and in collaboration with our Technology & Data Coordinator, the HubSpot & Web Analytics Specialist will be responsible for assisting our clients with the implementation, configuration, optimization, and use of HubSpot, primarily for sales, marketing, and customer service modules.

This individual will play a key role in setting up high-performing, connected, and measurable digital ecosystems. They will need to understand clients' business needs, translate these needs into concrete configurations within HubSpot, and ensure that marketing, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms communicate effectively with each other.

The HubSpot & Web Analytics Specialist will work closely with the consulting, media performance, SEO, web development, and creative teams to ensure consistency between marketing strategies, collected data, automations, customer journeys, and performance dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot

Implement HubSpot for clients
Configure HubSpot portals according to clients' business needs, including properties, pipelines, objects, forms, lists, users, permissions, automations, and work views.

Structure sales, marketing, and service processes
Understand clients' internal processes and translate them into HubSpot to improve the management of leads, opportunities, customers, service tickets, and marketing communications.

Create and optimize CRM pipelines
Set up sales, service, or recruitment pipelines adapted to clients' operational realities, with clear stages, management rules, and relevant automations.

Develop HubSpot automations
Create workflows to automate certain marketing, sales, and customer service tasks: contact assignment, automated follow-ups, nurturing, internal notifications, segmentation, reminders, and status management.

Configure HubSpot marketing tools
Set up and optimize forms, landing pages, newsletters, dynamic lists, campaigns, sequences, and other features related to acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts.

Train and support clients
Assist clients in adopting HubSpot, answer their questions, document configurations, offer support, and explain best practices for use.

Ensure continuous improvement of portals
Analyze the use of HubSpot portals, identify optimization opportunities, and propose adjustments to improve the efficiency of sales, marketing, and service teams.

Web Analytics & Tech Stack

Participate in the integration of measurement tools
Collaborate with the technology team to connect HubSpot with web analytics tools and marketing platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio.

Understand data flows between platforms
Ensure that important data flows correctly between the website, CRM, advertising platforms, analytical tools, and dashboards.

Contribute to conversion tracking
Participate in the setup and validation of events, forms, conversions, traffic sources, UTM parameters, and other signals necessary for performance analysis.

Collaborate on dashboard creation
Support the team in structuring the data needed to create reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Looker Studio, or other visualization tools.

Document technical configurations
Maintain clear documentation of HubSpot configurations, integrations, automations, and connected tools to facilitate support, maintenance, and evolution of mandates.

Ensure consistency between CRM, marketing, and performance
Work with strategy, digital advertising, SEO, and consulting teams to ensure that CRM and marketing data concretely support clients' business decisions.

Required Skills

  • Relevant experience with HubSpot, ideally with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Experience in CRM implementation, configuration, or optimization.
  • Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete configurations within a technology platform.
  • Knowledge of automations, workflows, lists, forms, properties, pipelines, and reports in HubSpot.
  • Understanding of web analytics and digital performance tracking tools: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity, and Looker Studio.
  • Understanding of basic principles related to conversions, events, UTM parameters, traffic sources, and user journeys.
  • Experience in an agency or multi-client environment is a significant asset.
  • Knowledge of web platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of issues related to Law 25, cookie consent, and consent management tools is an asset.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients and teams.
  • Excellent organization, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written.
