Participation in the World Handball Championship

Seeking sponsorship for the National Women's Youth Handball Team

I am writing to you to request your support in order to participate in the World Handball Championship, which will take place in Romania from July 28 to August 8, 2026.

Our team qualified thanks to our performance at the IHF Trophy – North American and Caribbean Continental Phase, held in Mexico City last November. Below are some articles published about it.

Representing Canada at this competition is an exceptional opportunity, but it comes with significant costs related to travel, annual training, and specialized support. The cost per athlete is approximately $7,000. As the federation is currently unable to support promising young players, the support of partners is essential. Donations of $25 or more are eligible for a charitable tax receipt issued by Handball Canada.

Mission accomplished for the Canadian junior girls' handball team.

LAVAL, NOVEMBER 17, 2025

The Canadian team won the gold medal at the continental stage of the International Handball Federation Trophy ( IHF Trophy ). This tournament, which brings together players under 18 years of age, took place in Mexico City from November 12 to 16.
