As part of his role, Gabriel will be responsible for defining the CRM strategic vision, ensuring the onboarding process and taking care of certain technical details related to customer account marketing technology. He will also be responsible for creating a personalized customer experience on the various digital communication platforms in order to maximize the acquisition and lifetime value of prospects and customers.
He will also have to support the team in order to define the technological needs of the customers and set up a new CRM and customer data platform, if necessary. Together with the team, he will help solidify our partnership with our clients to maximize their growth. Finally, he will work to establish budgets, resources, timelines and promotional planning for the various projects implemented.
Holder of a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from ESG UQAM, Gabriel is undoubtedly an asset to our team. Passionate about information technologies, Gabriel constantly seeks to learn about and use the latest techniques.
